How to add users to my lab?

The account owner can send invitations to laboratory personnel to join the lab account.

Inviting users

  • Go to Account Settings > Users
  • Click on Add users
  • Users receive an email invitation coming from support@genofab.com. The email includes all the information allowing them to join your account. 

Users request to join a lab. 

At this point, there is no way for a user to request to join a lab without an invitation from the account owner.
